Choose Field Options from the Layout menu or the Data Entry dialog box to select which fields to display and print in the layout you are defining.  Your choices do not affect any other layout.

The dialog box shows the field options last saved for the current layout.  To select fields to print, click the field names in the Include In Output column.  Included fields are displayed in the area on the right.  To exclude a field from the layout, click next to it in the Do Not Include In Output column.

Use the Name format pull-down menu to select the way you want names to appear.  Use the Phone Header pull-down menu to choose a header for the phone code field.

You can determine the text attributes (font, size, and style) for the included fields.  Select the field from the window in the upper right corner, then pull down the Text menu from the menu bar.  Check marks indicate the current settings.  Click the settings you want:  the field in the box will reflect the change.

To select specific phone codes to print, click Phone By Phone Codes.  By default, all codes are included; click the Do Not Include column opposite the code to exclude a code; click the Include column to include it.
